- VANILLA. Our body lotion is prepared with certified fair-traded unrefined shea butter, calming lemongrass, antioxidant-rich shea leaf, and soothing vanilla.

When, in 1996, a young man from Togo, West Africa, met a young woman from rural Washington State. Inspired by a shared calling to do right by the world, Alaffia, a social enterprise, was born. Directions
Apply to clean skin, paying special attention to dry areas. Works best with Alaffia Shea Butter & Neem Body Wash. Reapply after washing hands or as needed for soft, supple skin. For external use only.
